Being a leader is defined by his ability to enforce the right decision,despite it not being popular or liked by the people.A leader needs to prioritize his people above himself.
A good leader has to have a strong character and integrity to serve his people well. He has to be honest and incorruptible so as to win the trust and confidence of his people. In doing so, he can lead his people well and confidently. A leader has to listen to his people and to respect their opinion.

Consequences of having an unreliable leader:
As mentioned above,leaders are the source of guidance and direction for the people, without his/her presence,the organization will crumble.However,having a leader doesn't necessarily defined a good government.A corrupted leader will bring misery to his people.His mindset of prioritizing reputation above his nation will cause a jeopardy and instability in the lives of his people
